  • Phase 2: Planning Design and Documentation.

    Assistance with Planning and DA Approval. Progress of working drawings including marks ups and delivery advice before construction.

  • Phase 3: Costing and Procurement.

    Builder tendering, selection, and appointment. Construction contract resolution. Pre-construction works and construction certification.

  • Phase 4: Construction.

    Regular advice and communication. Site walks and programming review. Quality and methodology checks. High-level contract administration including progress claim and variation assesments.

  • Phase 5: Project Completion.

    Handover, defect review, warranty management and post construction financial close out.
