How we work

Every project is run by the people who assessed it. The person who tested the feasibility is the person reporting on the programme two years later, which is the only reliable way to keep a decision traceable from the deal to the handover.

Reporting is monthly, plain and short: where the project stands against programme and budget, what changed, and what decision is needed next.

01Assess. Site, planning envelope, yield and cost tested before commitment.

02Approve. Consultants appointed and the DA managed through to determination.

03Deliver. Builder tendered and awarded, construction managed to the programme.

04Hand over. OC, defects and close-out, with the record complete.
